Yervand Barseghyan, “FINCA” UCO CJSC CEO, Management Board Chairman
Yervand Barseghyan was admitted to the position of CEO of “FINCA” UCO CJSC in 2006. He is a Management Board Member of “FINCA” UCO CJSC.Yervand Barseghyan was born on July 20, 1969. He graduated from Yerevan State Engineering University (1986-1992). In 1994 he studied at Colorado University (Bolder, USA) within the “Program of Professional Development in the Field of Economy” organized by Economic Institute.
Yervand Barseghyan has rich experience in financial field. He held the positions of CEO of “Inecobank” CJSC, Internal Audit Department Manager, and later Deputy General Manager of Greece “Emporiki Bank of Armenia” CJSC, also he held different positions in Financial Control Department of “HSBC Bank Armenia”: specialist, senior specialist, financial control manager, financial control analysis department senior analyst, as well as the position of senior specialist of international transactions and correspondence relationships of “Armeconombank” CJSC.

Hrachya Tokhmakhyan began as Financial Manager of “FINCA” UCO CJSC in 2007. He is a member of “FINCA” UCO CJSC Management Board.Hrachya was born on March 20, 1973. He graduated from Yerevan National Economic University Faculty of Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities (1990-1995). Within the period from 2002 to 2005 he received ACCA (ACCA, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification, since 2006 he is a plenipotentiary member of ACCA. He was granted a “License of professional and qualification compliance to the positions of CEO, Board Member-Deputy of CEO” and “License of professional and qualification compliance to the positions of Bank Internal Audit Manager, Internal Audit Member” by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank.
Hrachya Tokhmakhyan has extensive work experience in banking and financial fields. He held the positions of Internal Audit Department Manager of “Inecobank” CJSC, Team Leader of “Grant Thornton Amyot” LLC, Financial Analyst of “ArmenTel” CJSC, and specialist in Accounting Department of RA Central Bank, State Inspector in State Tax Service.

Anushik Khachatryan, “FINCA” UCO CJSC, chief accountant
Anushik Khachatryan was appointed to the position of Chief Accountant of “FINCA” UCO CJSC in 2007.Anushik Khachatryan was born on August 16, 1979. She graduated from Yerevan State Economical Institute, Faculty of Accounting and Audit (1996 - 2001) and postgraduate of the same faculty (2001-2004). In 2007 she was granted “License of professional and qualification compliance for the position of Bank’s chief accountant by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank. Within the period from 1996 to 2001 she received ACCA (ACCA, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification (4 out courses).
Anushik Khachatryan has extensive experience in banking system. She held different positions in “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC within 1999-2007.

Ara Hambardzumyan was appointed to the position of Internal Audit Manager of “FINCA” UCO CJSC in 2007.Ara Hambardumyan was born on May 18, 1977. He graduated from Yerevan National Economic University Faculty of Management and Economic Relationships (1993-1998). He was granted “License of professional and qualification compliance for the position of Bank Branch Manager/ Member of the Board” and “License of professional and qualification compliance for the position of Head/Member in Bank Internal Audit by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank. He participated in “Community relationships” program in Huntsville Alabama University.
Ara Hambardumyan has extensive experience in banking system. He held different positions in Customer Service Department and International Department of Correspondence Relationships of “Ardshinbank” OJSC. As well as held the positions of Manager of “Ijevan” Branch, Bank Transactions Control Department Specialist of Internal Audit Unit, and later the head of the stated Department of “VTB Armenia” CJSC.

Florian Dervishi was born on July 10, 1975 in Albania. He graduated from Tirana University Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Bachelor’s Degree). He received his MSc in Staffordshire University /Great Britain/ International Finance and Management. At present he studies in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
He has an extensive work experience in banking and finance. He held different positions in FEFAD (Foundation for Enterprise Finance and Development), «FEFAD» bank (at present “ProCreditBank”), Albania “ProCreditBank”, “2K Group”, Albania “First Investment Bank”.

Jeff Flowers was born on 22 July, 1971. He graduated from Great Britain Newbold College “Business management and history” faculty (1994) and received his BA degree. Later he graduated from London Political and Economic University Faculty of International Relationships (1995-1998) and received MA degree. In 2008 he graduated from American Bankers Association, Stonier Banking University Faculty of Banking and received a qualification of certified specialist.
Jeff Flowers has extensive experience in financial field and in International Organizations. He worked as a director of “Adventist Development and Relief Agency” Azerbaijan program. He started his career in “FINCA” International Inc.” American Non-Commercial Organization in 2001; at first he worked he was the CEO of “FINCA International Inc.” American Non-Commercial Organization Azerbaijan Branch, and later he was transferred to “FINCA International Inc.” American Non-Commercial Organization Eurasia Regional office and still holds the position of its Manager.
