Marketing Specialist

FINCA Armenia is looking for a talented Marketing specialist, who will be coordinating the development of marketing content and implementation of marketing activities, as well as supporting the Head of Marketing Department in strategy development and execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with corporate brand identity and strategy, that the brand philosophy is reflected in everything we do as a company, and that brand guidelines and standards are duly followed.
• Write, edit, translate, and proofread marketing texts, including product/service descriptions, website news, press releases, newsletters, social media posts, advertising copies, texts for flyers, success stories, and more.
• Edit corporate website content; manage social media channels.
• Oversee the distribution of BTL materials through internal and external outlets; ensure their availability, up-to-dateness, consistency, and compliance with the brand strategy and corporate goals.
• Participate in planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing and communication campaigns, coordination of PR campaigns and activities, management of media relationships.
• Participate in coordinating the development of creative content, including printed marketing collateral, audio and video materials, digital content, etc.
• Support the Head of Marketing Department in development and execution of marketing strategies and plans.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or other related field; MBA degree is a plus.
• Relevant professional experience is required.
• Perfect knowledge of Armenian and English; excellent writing and translation skills.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques; understanding of web analytics is a plus.
• Understanding of creative production process; experience in working with creatives (individuals and agencies), printing houses, and media will be a plus.
• Experience in web content management; good understanding of UI/UX is highly desirable.
• Experience in or understanding of the Armenian PR landscape, familiarity with the main PR tools and techniques is desirable.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with graphic software is a plus.
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Creativity and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
