On November 1st, 2011 after preliminary approval of the Central Bank of Armenia 136 472 shares of “FINCA” UCO CJSC owned by the sole shareholder of “FINCA” UCO CJSC “FINCA International Inc. were transferred to “FINCA Microfinance Cooperative U.A.’. Netherlands based company. “FINCA Microfinance Cooperation U.A.” has been incorporated in Netherlands by “FINCA Microfinance Holding Company” LLC and “FINCA International” LLC. The declared shares of “FINCA” UCO CJSC constitute 136 472, each with nominal value of 10 000 AMD. The charter capital constitutes 1 364 720 000 AMD.
