The children of FINCA Armenia staff celebrated Children’s Day at the FA headquarters. To their delight, the main meeting room, where all the important decisions are made and all the serious matters are discussed, was turned into a theater for a day.
As a logical continuation of Women’s Month, we at FINCA Armenia dedicated the month of April to Women’s Financial Literacy.
To celebrate Children’s Day FINCA Armenia organized a fun initiative for all our employees and their children in Yerevan and the regions.
To celebrate Women’s month, on March 9, our female customers who came to a branch for various transactions received surprise gifts in the form of eco tote-bags and flower seeds. The initiative aimed to motivate them to trigger positive changes in their communities in minimizing the environmental threats created by single-use plastic.
The Ambassador met with FINCA Armenia Management Board and several customers, who shared their success stories resulting from cooperation with FINCA.
On October 1–15 FINCA staff paid surprise visits to our long-term loyal customers and celebrated the Customer Experience Day with them.
Around 800 students from 40 schools across the country learned how to properly manage their personal budget, make well-thought purchases and responsible financial decisions, as well as to save money.
To promote financial literacy among schoolchildren, FINCA Armenia is organizing a series of competitive financial games in all regions of the country.
The new academic year started with some pleasant surprises for more than 5,000 schoolchildren of 2nd to 4th grades of the Republic of Armenia. Staying true to its tradition of celebrating The Day of Knowledge, this year also FINCA carried out the “Carefree Childhood” social program.
