Job description:

FINCA Armenia is looking for a proactive and diligent team member with strong analytical skills to join our Administrative and Security team.

Job responsibilities
  • Developing administrative-economic expense reports
  • Drafting and overseeing civil contracts, applications, agreements, power of attorney documents, protocols, and other administrative documents
  • Ensuring the proper storage and archiving of both electronic and hard copies of security and administrative documents
  • Collecting and reporting data from security video and audio signaling systems
  • Maintaining and updating the contract register, including data collection
  • Ensuring the prompt and organized delivery, registration, and tracking of letters and documents in the appropriate registers
  • Generating additional reports and conducting analyses as directed by the immediate supervisor
  • Undertaking any other operational tasks as outlined in the organization’s internal legal documents and instructions
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Higher education, preferably in business administration or similar
  • Exceptional proficiency in Armenian, with a good command of Russian and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to punctuality
  • The capability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple responsibilities independently, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
