Client Advisor in Ararat Branch
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present and sell the Company’s financial services, revealing customer needs and recommending the respective loan products;
- Assist clients in filling in any type of application;
- Inform clients on their repayments as prescribed by the internal regulations;
- Discover potential clients among new visitors, retain the current clients by creating rapport and ensuring clients’ high level of satisfaction;
- Enter client data into the database and make inquiries as appropriate;
- Approve loan disbursement through a program within the scope of his/her competence);
- Present and explain all the provisions of the contract, store and archive all the documents;
- Provide administrative support as appropriate.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education, preferably in the fields of Economics, Finance, Math;
- Knowledge of and experience in the use of sales tools is an asset;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
- Job commitment and attention to detail;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information;
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of AS-Bank is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and/or English is an asset.
