Executive Office Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of the Executive Office
• Liaise with high-level executives on behalf of and as requested by the Management Board
• Ensure the organization of Management Board meetings and the making of meeting minutes by the Executive Office Specialist
• Send tasks, assigned by the Management Board, Board of Directors, Audit Committee to team members, follow up on tasks and regularly report task statuses to the Management Board
• As necessary, coordinate the arrangement of Management Board business trips by the Executive Office Specialist
• Coordinate the Executive Office workflow and documentation processing
• Ensure Executive Office staff performance management through training and coaching
• Coordinate the processing by the Executive Office Specialist of incoming electronic and hardcopy communication, including correspondence received from the Central Bank of Armenia and ensure timely transfer of the correspondence to relevant staff
• Coordinate Board of Directors and Audit Committee meetings with regards to ensuring preparation of presentation materials by department managers
• Perform other related functions, as requested
Required Qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• University degree
• Excellent command of Armenian, English.
• Proficiency in MS Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Project management skills
• Analytical-critical thinking, attention to details and punctuality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to set priorities, do several tasks at the same time, and work independently
• Problem-solving ability
