“FINCA” UCO CJSC is looking for a hard collection specialist/leading specialist to join the Hard Collection Unit of Legal Department, who will be responsible for coordinating working activities connected with problem loans of its region and other branches, as well as loan collections. The Specialist makes visits to home and/or workplace of borrowers, guarantors and affiliated persons for revealing the reasons for overdue payment days and to understand current financial opportunities of customers in order to ensure the repayment of overdue loan liabilities․
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the work related to overdue loans of his region as well as of branches,
- Manage the assigned overdue portfolio, undertake measures to ensure the recovery of overdue loans in his portfolio,
- Hold negotiations with overdue clients, their guarantors and other affiliated persons aiming to ensure the repayment of debt,
- Maintain a database of problem loans,
- Upon the instructions of the Head of Legal department, manage the cases of overdue portfolio and provide representation in those cases in compulsory enforcement processes, drafting necessary documents, claims and presenting them to the compulsory enforcement bodies, provide supervision over the enforcement process, check the accuracy of documents received from the mentioned bodies, reveal the possible mistakes and undertake actions to eliminate them, register the document electronically, manage the archive, follow the bankruptcy processes and auctions,
- Ensure the receipt and provision of information on financial situation of problem loans to concerned parties,
- Ensure the receipt and provision of respective correspondence,
- Prepare relevant reports as required by the manager and respective procedures
- Participate in Non-performing Loan Committee meetings according to the procedures,
- Complete other tasks and assignments related to the legal department activities given by the Head of Legal Department,
- Complete other assignments prescribed or not forbidden by legislation related to main job responsibilities given by the managers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High education;
- At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience;
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages,
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and PowerPoint,
- Managing and planning of workload, time management skills, using of additional resources, creating applicable projects
- Problem revealing and solving ability in short terms, logical approach, involvement in team working and problem solution processes,
- Overcoming challenges, perseverance and willingness to overcome difficulties, sufficient level of self-esteem, taking justified risks to achieve goals; communication skills.
