Job Description

FINCA Armenia is looking for an HR Generalist (leading and senior specialists are welcome to apply), who will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment and employee performance evaluation. He/she will also support the operational team as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling full-cycle recruiting: posting job openings, screening, administering appropriate assessments/testing, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Analyzing sources and methods of recruitment, choosing the most effective one
  • Collaborating with recruiting and headhunting companies, as well as online professional job platforms
  • Designing and implementing internship programs in collaboration with universities
  • Building efficient relationships with candidates, raising employer brand awareness
  • Organizing staff performance evaluation process, analyzing the results
  • Participating in Talent Management and other HR related projects and processes
  • Participating in the development/review of HR policies and procedures, data analyses and reporting
  • Supporting HR operational team when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional work experience
  • Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian
  • Knowledge and experience of working with different recruiting platforms, sources and methods
  • High motivation and initiative, ability to work independently
  • Ability to optimize the working processes and offer creative solutions
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office), the knowledge of ArmSoft is a plus
  • The practice of working with online meeting platforms is an advantage
