Job Description

FINCA Armenia is looking for a Human Resources Generalist/HR Administrator, who will be responsible for regulating documentation and optimizing processes related to staff movements, employee remuneration and reward systems, submitting reports, implementing employee performance evaluation processes, providing necessary information and advice to employees․

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and review procedures, rules, orders, labor contracts, agreements, job descriptions, and other necessary legal acts related to human resources management,
  • Prepare references for employees and other organizations,
  • Manage employees’ personal affairs,
  • Implement whole processes related to employee absences and business trips,
  • Organize the process of recording employees’ working hours and delivery of monthly timesheets,
  • Organize the employee crediting process,
  • Compile and submit internal and external reports, analyze HRM-related data,
  • Conduct exit interviews,
  • Implement employee performance evaluation processes,
  • As necessary, participate in various projects and other processes implemented by the HR department.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian.
  • High motivation and initiative, ability to work independently.
  • Ability to optimize the working processes and offer creative solutions.
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks․
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office), knowledge of ArmSoft is an advantage.
