Job Description

FINCA Armenia is looking for an enthusiastic Training and Development specialist, who will be responsible for crafting and coordinating learning and development process, for implementing the onboarding process, as well as for developing and coordinating teambuilding activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify current training needs and fulfill them 
  • Develop and implement annual training plan for the staff 
  • Develop, organize and conduct continuous corporate training programs 
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs 
  • Collaborate with FINCA global training team around online training courses 
  • Prepare periodic reports, local and international
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects  
  • Support the HR team, when necessary, to achieve overall business objectives and specific HR targets 

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Management, Finance 
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and leading corporate training programs is highly desirable
  • Experience in the banking and finance sector will be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of different off-line and online training methods and tools, knowledge of AI-based tools is welcome 
  • High motivation and initiative, ability to work both independently and as part of a team likewise 
  • Ability to optimize the working processes and offer creative solutions
  • Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills 
  • Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian 
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office)
