Leading Specialist in the Department of Budgeting and Financial Analysis

Job Description

Leading specialist in budgeting and financial analysis department is responsible for preparing the organization budget and budget performance, analysis and comparison of financial indicators, preparation of certain internal and external reports and provides financial management information to the company in order to help the company achieve its mission with minimal risks with maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the process of preparing the annual budget;
• Organize and coordinate financial indicators forecasting and planning processes;
• Loan portfolio forecast and monthly planning for implementation of internal plans;
• Prepare reports to identify discrepancies between actual and planned expenditures;
• Carry out expenditure control and check expected expenditure compliance with the planned budget;
• Carry out financial and market analysis by submitting comments on results and deviations;
• Prepare reports on the company’s income and expenses structure by branches and by the type of loans;
• Prepare various credit analytical reports, broken down by branches, types of loans, etc;
• Compile other analytical reports as needed;
• Implementation of other assignments related to key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, finance, accounting or mathematics;
• At least 3 years of work experience in budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis;
• Knowledge of accounting principles standards and accounting processes as well as International Financial Reporting Standards;
• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
• Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint MS Office, AS-Bank-4, AS-Salary, AS-Enterprise;
• Ability to work with databases;
• Problem solving ability;
• Analytical skills and punctuality;
• Quality assurance of work;
• Ability to work in short deadlines and in tense situations;
• Overcoming challenges, perseverance and willingness to overcome difficulties, sufficient level of self-esteem, taking justified risks to achieve goals;
