Sales Team Specialist

Job Description

The Sales team specialist (leading and senior sales team specialists are welcome to apply)
is responsible for executing sales plans by making outgoing calls to potential customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets by contacting customers on the phone
• Offer a product or service to potential or active customers based on sales scripts
• Describe the organization’s services and prices. Answer customer questions, identify and solve customer problems/complaints, and obtain additional customer information
• Fill in the information on the customer and loan application in the system and other necessary forms based on the information provided by the customer
• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare, submit and maintain periodic reports as required
• Contact the relevant department staff, third parties, and customers for information or to resolve problematic issues
• If necessary, the sales team specialist can also answer incoming calls or serve customers
• Follow other instructions given by the management staff

Required Qualifications

• Higher Education,
• At least 1 year of work experience in a call center or customer service field
• Customer service skills: a fast collection of customer needs, opinions, to improve the quality of service
• Analytical skills: data collection, research, systemization
• Communication skills: a simple, persuasive word in a positive-negative situation, the ability to listen and comprehend explanations and kindly answer questions
• Ability to solve problems: identify and carry out problem-solving tasks in a short period of time
• Ability to work in a team
