Senior Project Manager (Methodology Specialist)

General job description

Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing assistance in developing, reviewing and documenting internal legal acts regulating FINCA’s activities, improving the efficiency of existing and new business processes, develop methodology for the latter, coordinating the relevant processes with the involved departments, properly implementing and managing the department’s work, as well as maintaining an electronic register of the FINCA’s document management systems.

Duties and responsibilities

• Work with regulations, review the internal legal acts of FINCA under the direction of Manager, make valuable suggestions for their improvement
• Examine regulations for identifying risks of discrepancies or misinterpretations between different documents
• Propose new standards for legal acts, i.e. structure, essence, content, wording, form, appearance, etc. of the document
• Prepare regulatory documents describing FINCA’s functions in accordance with FINCA’s accepted standards
• Create business maps (Process Maps)
• Maintain a list and electronic register of current internal regulations of FINCA
• Constantly update documents in FINCA’s Document Management Systems
• Inform staff about changes in the Document Management Systems
• Assist staff in implementing and applying new business processes at FINCA
• Assist the department Manager in organizing day-to-day work of the department.

Competencies

• Higher Education
• At least one year work experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in Armenian and English (written and oral), knowledge of Russian is desirable
• Team work
• Resistant to stress and emotionally resilient
• Analytical thinking
• Reliability and ability to perform assigned tasks independently and on time.
