Position: Client Advisor in Vedi Branch

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present and sell the Company’s financial services, revealing customer needs and recommending the respective loan products;
  • Assist clients in filling in any type of application;
  • Inform clients on their repayments as prescribed by the internal regulations;
  • Discover potential clients among new visitors, retain the current clients by creating rapport and ensuring clients’ high level of satisfaction;
  • Enter client data into the database and make inquiries as appropriate;
  • Approve loan disbursement through a program within the scope of his/her competence);
  • Present and explain all the provisions of the contract, store and archive all the documents;
  • Provide administrative support as appropriate.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher education, preferably in the fields of Economics, Finance, Math;
  • Knowledge of and experience in the use of sales tools is an asset;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
  • Job commitment and attention to detail;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information;
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel; knowledge of AS-Bank is an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and/or English is an asset.
