FINCA invests in long-term relationship with clients. On October 12 FINCA organized a surprising ceremony for “Alaverdi” branch loyal clients, during which all of the clients received nominal Appreciation Certificates and vacuum cleaners.
During the selection process of loyal clients a number of factors were considered, including also clients’ long-term cooperation (at least 5 years) with FINCA, diligent repayments, continuous lending, etc. As a result 17 clients were selected both from the city Alaverdi and the surrounding villages.
The ceremony was aimed at thanking clients for their commitment and loyalty, hence strengthening FINCA-client relationships even more. Excitement, words of appreciation, smiles, congratulations, warm and friendly environment… Such a mood prevailed during the whole ceremony.
