With tablet-base lending, the loan officer meets the clients in their community or wherever it is convenient for them, fills in their loan application through a tablet, takes photos of all the necessary documents, uploads them into the system, and provides the response in just 15 minutes. If the loan is approved, the only thing left for the client to do is to receive the money from the nearest FINCA branch.
Tablet-based lending is available in all regions of Armenia and is aimed to simplify the existing processes and to make our services more accessible, especially to the residents of the most remote areas of the country.
