On April 20, 2022 FINCA UCO nominal coupon bonds with the total volume of AMD 72,850,000 coupon rate of 12.5% and maturity of 24 months were placed by ARARATBANK. Out of the total 7,285 bonds, 2,785 were placed on Armenian Securities Exchange, the remaining 4,500 were acquired by the underwriter of the placement and market maker ARARATBANK in accordance with the bond prospectus. At the same time, nominal coupon bonds with the total volume of AMD 1,053,250, coupon rate of 6.5% and maturity of 24 months were placed by ARARATBANK. Out of the total 42,130 bonds, 33,730 were placed on Armenian Securities Exchange, the remaining 8,400 were acquired by the underwriter of the placement and market maker ARARATBANK in accordance with the bond prospectus.
The average weighted yield of the AMD bonds placed on Armenian Securities Exchange was 12.4481% and the cutting yield was 12.50%, as for USD bonds the average weighted yield was 6.4510% and cutting yield was 6.50%.
