Warmth, smiles, and surprises… FINCA celebrated the Customer Experience Day.
October 1st is internationally celebrated as Customer Experience Day. On this occasion, on October 1–15 FINCA carried out a series of events devoted to customer experience.
During these two weeks, employees of FINCA branches visited our long-term loyal customers to celebrate the Customer Experience Day with them. Many of them have been our clients for more than a decade; most of them had established and expanded their businesses with FINCA. It was with great joy and pride that the clients were sharing their stories and dreams with us during the visits.
The initiative not only aimed to appreciate our loyal clients and celebrate the Customer Experience day with them but also was a great way of listening to their feedback on the quality of our services and on what could be done to make their experience at FINCA even better.
