FINCA International establishes the FINCA Charitable Foundation in Armenia aiming to provide financial services to low-income entrepreneurs.

The Central Bank of Armenia registers and licenses FINCA Armenia as FINCA Universal Credit Organization CJSC, entering the company into a new stage of development.

FINCA Armenia celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Shares of FINCA UCO CJSC owned by FINCA International, at the time its sole shareholder, are transferred to FINCA Microfinance Cooperative U.A., a Netherlands-based company incorporated by FINCA Microfinance Holding Company LLC and FINCA International.
