Our Shareholders

FINCA Armenia shares are owned by FINCA Microfinance Cooperative U.A., a Netherlands-based company.

On November 1, 2011, following preliminary approval of the Central Bank of Armenia, 136,472 shares of FINCA UCO CJSC owned by FINCA International were transferred to FINCA Microfinance Cooperative U.A., a Netherlands-based company. FINCA Microfinance Cooperative U.A. has been incorporated in the Netherlands by FINCA Microfinance Holding Company LLC and FINCA International. The declared shares of FINCA UCO CJSC constitute 490,596, each with a nominal value of 10,000 AMD. The charter capital constitutes 4,905,960,000 AMD.

 On February 22, 2017, placement of nominal coupon bonds (FNCAB1) issued by Finca UCO CJSC took place on the NASDAQ OMX Armenia primary placement platform in a standard closed (European) auction. ARARATBANK OJSC acted as the underwriter of the guaranteed placement.
