Job Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of management strategy in digital financial services for the institution
• Suggest market trends to management and ensure effective development of the business
• Update or develop new digital financial services for the institution
• Research and track global trends in the evolution/development of digital products and services
• Implement and update measurements and evaluations of both internal and external information/data to improve and develop existing or new financial services
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
• Lead and oversee the project team for innovative research and development
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, progress, and budget
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
• Outline a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliver the project on budget
• Identify and mitigate potential risks
• Ensure training and presentations for subordinates and other employees as requested within the competence area
• Supervise and support communication within the institution and clients in awareness of digital service products
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• University degree
• 1-5 years of experience in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
