Job Description

FINCA Armenia is looking for a Product Manager (including digital), who is responsible for providing the assistance in developing, improving our products, ensuring their compliance with FINCA regulations and the company’s strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiates, plans, develops and implements new products
  • Makes amendments in current products
  • Monitors the market and develops competitive analyses
  • Leads the development and management of digital and non-digital products from conception to launch.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Conducts market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Defines product specifications, features, and design requirements for physical products.
  • Oversees the production process, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Develops pricing strategies based on production costs and market analysis.
  • Collaborates with local funds to design partnership agreements and products with them.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
    • Certificate in Product management or relevant fields will be a plus

    Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
    • Proven experience in successfully launching new products, both digital and non-digital
