Job Description

FINCA Armenia is looking for a Product Developer (Non Digital), who is responsible for providing the assistance in developing, improving our products, ensuring their compliance with FINCA regulations and the company’s strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiating, planning, developing and implementing new products
• Making amendments in current products
• Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses

Required Qualifications

• Higher Education
• At least a year of work experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Team work
• Resistant to stress and emotionally resilient
• Creative thinking
• Reliability and ability to perform assigned tasks independently and on time.
