Job Responsibilities
- Implement digital projects from concept to delivery and provide end-to-end project management in line with the FINCA’s Digital strategy
- Manage, deliver, and maintain multiple projects simultaneously
- Understand and define project scope and create project requirements documents
- Formulate product roadmap together with management and periodically update it to focus the team on the most important features development
- Identify and implement KPIs and project milestones
- Conduct project meetings to track the team’s progress according to the product roadmap and towards product goals
- Coordinate sprints and related activities/meetings
- Analyze the relevant market trends
- Ensure that product documentation is up to date
- Cooperate with management and periodically report team’s results
- Analyze potential risks and benefits of technology solutions to address project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
- PMP, Product Owner, or Scrum Master certification will be a strong plus
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Manager role
- Experience implementing projects with PM software systems: MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar is a big plus
- Flexibility to work in a constantly evolving team environment
- Drive and motivation to deliver on commitments and motivate others
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in the banking sector is a strong plus
